Program Manager
Elizabeth (Liz) serves as a Program Manager at the Global Council for Science and the Environment (GCSE). She has previous experience in the federal government working with an environmental policy portfolio. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in Political Science and a Certificate in Environmental Studies. Her studies have included topics such as environmental policy, climate change and conservation. She is passionate about a range of issues, including environmental injustice, sustainable energy and water management.
