About the event

Navigating Uncertainty in Local Governments: Water, Resilience, and Climate Adaptation

Cities are on the frontlines of climate change — managing floods one season and droughts and fires the next, making infrastructure decisions that will last fifty years under deep uncertainty. Speakers join as case contributors, each bringing a live challenge or hard-won lesson from their work.

We're pleased to welcome our speakers:

  • Jonathan Koehn (City of Boulder Climate Initiatives)

  • Pat Reed (Cornell University)

  • Lillian Lau (Cornell University)
